In the past few months, we have been working tirelessly and quietly to rebrand our wedding photography business. Some of you may have already seen some changes to our website, including additional wedding services and a new logo. Effective today, we will be retiring our current company name of SheenPhotos. We are proud and excited to introduce you to MOCHA TREE STUDIOS.
What is Mocha Tree?
Mocha Tree is an abstract concept that combines our love for bold and rich tones in our images and passion for incorporating nature into our work. In renaming our company, our goal was to invoke both a sense of boldness and a sense of comfort. Mocha Tree embodies our boldness in our approach to photography and videography and the comfort that we provide to our couples through services.
Why the rebranding and change of company name?
Our ultimate goal is to capture and tell your wedding journey, and photography is really one of the most compelling ways we love to tell it. We have always acknowledged, though, that there are many ways to capture and tell your big day and videography is one.
With the launch of our wedding videography services, we feel that the current name and the structure of our business no longer reflect what we want to do and what we want to offer our couples. With Sheen as the lead photographer and Michael at the helm of our videography arm, along with our associate photographers and videographers we have assembled for the upcoming wedding season, we feel that MOCHA TREE STUDIOS will better represent our team, our brand, and our philosophy.
What does this mean for your wedding photography?
With MOCHA TREE STUDIOS, our romantic and cinematic style of wedding photography that many of you have come to know and love will remain. In fact, we will continue to embrace our style and to deliver stunning wedding images to tell your wedding day stories.

We care deeply about romantic storytelling, and we venture into wedding videography with the goal of providing our couples with another way to tell their wedding stories. Wedding videography can provide you with a different perspective on your big day; it can capture motion and record sound. Along with your photography, your wedding video will be something that you will pass on for generations to come.
