This was such a perfect day for photography at the Arboretum. Even lighting from the overcast was fantastic, the apple crab trees and magnolias were starting to blossom, and I had such a beautiful couple with me. If it weren't for the gusty cold wind, I think Lisa and Jerry would agree with me! It was so cold that they brought their jackets and put them on between shots!
Despite the cold, Lisa and Jerry were so much fun to photograph. They kept each other warm and laughing the whole time! The framed shots of silly faces and the jumping shots are definitely something every couple should try out in their engagement shoot.
I am happy to have been a part of their engagement shoot. Perhaps it is fitting that this was done on a cold, spring day - the opposite of a sandy, sunny warm Caribbean beach where they will be getting married in the fall!
