Chelsey & Spencer / May 19, 2018 / St. Brigid's Centre for the Arts

Time flies! It feels like it was only a couple of months ago when Chelsey and Spencer booked us for their wedding day, but it has been a full year since we met this lovely couple. Last month, Chelsey and Spencer tied the knot at the Terraces on the Canal followed by an amazingly fun reception at St. Brigid's Centre for the Arts. Congratulations to Chelsey and Spencer!

Where in Ottawa: War Museum | A Blog Series on Ottawa Best Locations for Wedding and Engagement Session

When couples think of a location for their engagement session in Ottawa, the Canada War Museum is not always the most obvious choice. Afterall, it is tough to imagine getting photos taken - which are meant to show off your love and commitment - in a backdrop of war. But the Museum offers many fantastic photo opportunities, primarily because of its unique architecture, which includes straight and symmetrical lines and a green roof spanning 10,684 square metres (the largest of its kind in North America). It also houses warplanes, which can definitely add a cool factor to your wedding reception.

Lysa and Alex's Wedding | Greyhawk Golfclub | February 10, 2018

Last month, we had the awesome honour of being part of Lysa and Alex's wedding at Greyhawk Golfclub in Cumberland, Ontario. Their perfect day was so special and filled with many romantic little details. Everything from all the bridesmaid's gloves knitted by Lysa's grandmother, to the big fluffy snowflakes falling romantically on their shoulders. The wedding party made every moment a riot, from impromptu dance moves at the spa to sipping whiskey from their flasks like badass Captain Morgans.

How to find the right wedding videographer for you!

How to find the right wedding videographer for you!

Wedding videography and videographers in general have come a long way since your aunt or uncle's shaky handheld camcorder or the 6-hour one angle, stationary camera setup in the corner. The wedding film industry has evolved so much that wedding videos now look like epic movie trailers, with captivating story lines, beautiful characters (you, of course!), and amazing music to set the tone.

5 Reasons Why You Need a Wedding Website

5 Reasons Why You Need a Wedding Website

Your wedding website should assist you in filling in the gaps for your guests. It goes without saying that it should outline the date of your wedding, the general itinerary, locations of venues, and so on. Having information like these on your website should help cut down on all the questions or correspondence you may have with your guests, especially leading up to the wedding day itself where you will likely be busy with last-minute wedding errands.
